Robot Owl Octavius

Character "Octavius" is the robotic owl companion of the pirate airship Zephyrus.

Sex: N/A but is referred to as male

Octavius will usually be found perched on a shoulder of either Mercury or Aurelia. He runs on oil, and his belly chamber is warm. If he runs out of fuel, he won't work, his legs will shorten, and will tuck his head half way into his belly chamber and appear to sleep (the lower part of his head is hollow).
As a robot, he is a clumsy flier and it uses a lot of energy, but if in danger or he finds a place he wants to reach he can manage to do it after extending the 'bones' of his wings. His neck can lift higher, and turn 360 degrees in either direction, but he can not tilt his head. His eyes have the ability to light, and in three different colors. White for darkness, red if he detects dishonesty, and blue if he detects truth, or if he is 'happy'. He makes a series of clicks, hoots, and buzzes which will be used to illustrate his innocent personality.
He can manage to feed himself if provided with an oil bottle, and when in need of a tune-up his belly opens to his inner mechanics.
